Michael Jacobs serves as an Associate at NAI Capital specializing in the acquisition, disposition and management of multifamily assets in the Long Beach and greater Los Angeles area.
Michael holds an active real estate license in California and Colorado.
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Inc. Michael worked at MBP Capital, Inc., a multifamily investment firm in Dallas and Denver. While at MBP Capital, Michael held positions as analyst, associate broker, on-site property manager, property operations manager, and regional property manager. Michael managed to learn the ropes of management while staying active on the investing side. He worked his way up from an on-site manager to a regional property manager directly responsible for 800 units.
A native of Los Angeles, CA, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
