Tim Steuernol

I am an Executive Vice President at NAI Capital Commercial Inc. specializing in Multifamily and Investment Sales.

Since 2006, my team has helped create value for our clients by advising them through the process of buying and selling investment properties throughout southern California. We work with private investors, institutions, developers, and syndicators engaged in selling, buying, financing, and developing multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial real estate investments.

While at NAI Capital, I have consistently been one of the company’s top performing brokers and have closed over 2,500 units and $400 Million in Sales. Earning Capital Club awards in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2021.

I’ve been featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal, Globe Street, LA Times, Bisnow, Costar, RENTV, and Western Real Estate Business. Our team won the Los Angeles Business Journal Award for Best Medical Office Building sale in Los Angeles in 2022.

Prior to joining NAI Capital, I worked as a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness. While at SVN I was consistently recognized with the Achiever Award for ranking among the top percentile of brokers nationwide.
